The Biscuits
are a classic recipe for breakfast, but my biscuits light with the beauty of
the Sun 36 calories a piece, they are even more so!

And with so few
calories, if one evening you want to dare with the taste, you can also try to

What you need

350 g organic
wholemeal flour
130 g of butter
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
grated rind of
1 lemon
100 g brown
sugar
How to do ...
To prepare my
biscuits as before you have to mix well the flour and butter at room
temperature, eggs, sugar, lemon peel and works quickly the ingredients.
Got a compact
and homogeneous dough forms a ball of dough, wrap it around in plastic wrap and
place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to rest.
If you want to
make the biscuits with cocoa, add directly to the cocoa mixture and blend well.
Pick up the
dough for biscuits and spread it out with a rolling pin, if necessary helping
you with a sheet of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Crop many
biscuits with cookie cutters you have in the kitchen, as in the shape of a man,
