Christmas Recipes: Christmas Cookies. I love these Christmas cookies! The dough is delicious, low calorie naturally since Christmas with Panettone and chocolate a go go, have some less calorie recipe is key!

And if I told you that is a roll filled with a chocolate base crammed with white cream, delicious raspberry jam red blood, some arrears here and there and a fine chocolate cream, but what is light? No kidding ... is a roll filled with a very light cream like that cuts the calories!

The verdict on the stuffed rolls from whoever has tasted? "Absolutely delicious" ... but I've also heard a "divinely delicious" and absolutely better than any roll with Nutella, which usually goes for more! Trust my love ... If this Christmas prepare the cake it is up to you, this spectacular roll stuffed won't let you down, it's a guarantee!

Last year I had prepared a roll stuffed with cream and then I rearranged as a stub for the Christmas lunch on 25 December, "Christmas recipes: Christmas Log" but this year I don't have the slightest doubt, my stub Christmas will be this roll stuffed cream and raspberries, all covered with a chocolate cream a bit lighter than the usual butter cream.

What you need for 1 roll stuffed to 7 servings (2 slices per person) ...
5 eggs
125 g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
200 g jam Fruit raspberry flower
100 ml of skimmed milk
100 g Dolceneve

How to do ...
To prepare the roll stuffed with cream and raspberries, first and foremost, you have to mount the eggs with sugar, vanilla.

When the mixture is well blended, add beautiful cocoa, then let the mixture work for 4-5 minutes.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then stretch the dough with chocolate levelling it well with a spatula, then put it in the oven at 170° for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, flip the roll on a lightly moistened cloth and leave it to cool, but do not remove the parchment paper, which will remain on the roll.

Meanwhile make the cream, then mounts the Dolceneve milk and a little sugar for 5-6 minutes.

.. .or if you want to turn it into a stub, you can brush chocolate cream made with 200 g good-quality dark chocolate, 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk, 100 g of sugar and 40 of Cornstarch thoroughly mixed with a whisk.

Put the stuffed roll in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing.

Christmas Dinner With The Christmas Section!. Christmas dinner is not the same without a dessert with capital D and my stub Christmas this year, is undoubtedly a unique delight and worth trying!

The first test I did was with a simple roll with biscuit dough stuffed with cream and raspberry jam that has so captured, then I used the exact same recipe to create a stub Christmas godurioso to say the least, but that is not even so tremendously as calorie you might think.

Of Course ... light is not, but for Christmas dinner that light isn't right and noting that the classic two-tone cream stuffing and Christmas chocolate, covered in butter cream has the beauty of 530 calories per slice ... and so my dear you do not run away, my delicious Stuffed Christmas log jam and light cream has just 257 calories per slicethen my!

What you need for 1 stub Christmas for 14 persons (1 slice each) ...
for the cookie base:
5 eggs
125 g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa
for the filling:
100 ml of skimmed milk
100 g Dolceneve
200 g jam Fruit raspberry flower
for coverage:
1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
6 egg yolks
165 g of sugar
45 g "00" flour
5 drops of lemon juice
vanilla aroma to taste
150 g dark chocolate

How to do ...

250 g wholemeal flour
1 tablespoon of tea leaves (Twinings Earl Grey)
1 teaspoon water
1 tablespoon finely grated orange peel
120 g of butter
1 pinch of salt

50 g icing sugar
40 g caster sugar

How to do ...
To prepare my tea biscuits, the first thing you have to work the butter and granulated sugar, then add the icing sugar. Once you've mixed all add the flour a little at a time mixing well, then salt and tea.

Integral cookies are a few dietary ingredients such as honey, cinnamon, a little oil and a little sugar to keep calories low and you're done! Let's see the recipe;)

What you need to linzeraugen 30 ...
100 g flour "00"
100 g wholemeal flour
50 g rice flour
50 g sunflower oil
80 g sugar
80 g of skimmed milk
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1/2 packet of yeast

How to do ...
To prepare my linzeraugen as first thing you gotta mix the flours, add sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.

Add the teaspoon of honey, oil, milk, and blend well to form a ball of dough for cookies.

Wrap everything in plastic wrap and put the dough to rest, half an hour in the refrigerator.

Stretch out the dough for integral cookies to a thickness of 1 cm slightly less and shape the cookies using the cookie cutters of your choice, I kept to a classical form.

Bakes wholegrain biscuits light at 180° C for about 8-10 minutes max, but check as why should not darken.
