Cook Fish: The Fish Sauce Recipe. This is another recipe that I like to do when I want to cook fish and prepare a dish tasty and very light.

Cook fish is an excellent way to keep calories in check and to taste a good plate of pasta sauced fish without feeling guilty.

The fish sauce is now very easy and very tasty, mild fish flavor marries well with long pasta like speghetti, tagliolini and why not ... If you have a little time to cook you prepare good light and fragrant, passatelli sauced fish! Passatelli Dry recipe

For me, the coolest thing about this recipe is that it is not at all demanding and with about 100 calories per person, my fish sauce can enter straight in light sauces, excellent list to keep the line!

What you need for the fish sauce for 4 people ...
400 g mussels
400 g clams
150 g type barbed fish plaice or COD
400 g prawns
400 g of squid
2 tablespoons oil ages
2 cloves garlic
1/2 white onion
chilli to taste
parsley to taste.
a dozen pendulums
1 glass of white wine

How to do ...
To prepare the fish sauce first put the clams in salted water for at least 1 hour so that lost sand, and in the meantime clean the shells of mussels with a scouring pad, then grab a skillet to high and keep an edge in all the clams and mussels, all for a few minutes, without any seasoning, just long because it opens fine.

Meanwhile, cut shrimp cleaner check the barbed fish, clean and cut into strips and squid washes and cuts in 4 tomatoes.

Once opened, remove the clams and the mussels from the shells and keep all the liquid that they released, which once filtered with a cloth, will be the secret to keeping a flavor I decide.

Chop the garlic, onion, chili and a little parsley and sauté it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the fish sauce and cut squid after Brown facts dot the remaining types of fish, making Brown the whole thing.

Now fades the fish sauce with white wine and let it evaporate, then add the liquid the clams you had set aside, then chopped tomatoes into 4.

When cooked, adjust the fish sauce with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in salted water ... scola, amalgam and eats!

Try this fish sauce really delicious .... and let me know how it turns out!!

With Sea Bass Recipes: Baked Sea Bass Fillets

With Sea Bass Recipes: Baked Sea Bass Fillets. It's Tuesday ... so it's time to cook a recipe with sea bass and more good read which I have prepared in the kitchen!

Today's theme: recipes with sea bass ... but they are light recipes!

Let's start at once to cook these baked sea bass fillets, one of the recipes with the finest sea bass which I think I've ever made so far. ever seen a fish recipe so simple, beautiful, good and light, in short ... perfect!

A portion of my sea bass fillets has 290 calories, which corresponds to two whole fillets, compared to 475 calories of classic baked sea bass with potatoes ... you understand that mine is much better!

What you need for the baked sea bass fillets for 4 people ...
8 fillets of sea bass or sea bass
1 potato
a handful of pendulums
1 courgette
2 handfuls of grated bread
a splash of white wine
2 cloves garlic
parsley to taste.
3 tablespoons oil ages
salt and pepper

How to do ...
For preparing the baked sea bass fillets the first thing you have to season the sea bass fillets with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or uses widely spaced as I did, the appropriate aluminium trays.Aside from cut the courgette and potato very fine slices and the same for the tomatoes, and if you want some advice, to cut the potatoes and courgettes are using the peeler, because you will be of thin slices like veils and cooking will become croccantissime as chips. Condisci even the vegetables in the same way as the sea bass fillets, but here also add a sprinkling of breadcrumbs.

Cover the fillets of sea bass with vegetables, wet with white wine and cook in the oven for 15 minutes at 180° c.

If you are thinly cut vegetables, I highly recommend you make a baking sheet aside and put them to cook in the oven, because as a side dish of sea bass fillets are perfect!

Try these baked sea bass fillets really delicious .... and let me know how they came out!
