When rainy days and cold weather of winter are felt, it's good to have close to hand your favorite rain boots, but above all to have a list of recipes for a healthy dietary requirements even in winter.

I know that with the coming cold winter evenings you feel the urge to eat more calories, and it's so delicious indulge on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate with cream and maybe some biscuit from dunking, but since the unforgiving winter and extra pounds are always around the corner, now we see the best recipes read of my dietary requirements.
