How to prepare the pastry cream Light. But how??? Still do the usual custard by 300 calories per gram? Darling, but why not try one of my fabulous recipes to prepare a custard highly caloric but much less?

I propose 3 variants that have more or less the same calories, but adopt three different preparations. So you can prepare a light socket, a creamy and delicious Strawberry tart and custard light or even a custard tart, Lemon tart and a torta della nonna good dietary and!

Light custard – 128 calories per 100 g
1 liter of semi-skimmed milk 490 kcal
6 egg yolks 384 kcal
165 g of sugar 646 kcal
45 g "00" flour 155 kcal
5 drops of lemon juice-
vanilla aroma to taste-

How to do ...
To prepare the custard light you have to take a bowl and mix well with a whisk the egg yolks with sugar until they become foamy and beautiful swollen, then add the sifted flour, lemon drops and blend well. 100 g corn starch 338 kcal
vanilla aroma to taste-
a few drops of liquid sweetener 0 kcal

How to do ...
