Meanwhile, cut shrimp cleaner check the barbed fish, clean and cut into strips and squid washes and cuts in 4 tomatoes.

Once opened, remove the clams and the mussels from the shells and keep all the liquid that they released, which once filtered with a cloth, will be the secret to keeping a flavor I decide.

Chop the garlic, onion, chili and a little parsley and sauté it with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the fish sauce and cut squid after Brown facts dot the remaining types of fish, making Brown the whole thing.

Now fades the fish sauce with white wine and let it evaporate, then add the liquid the clams you had set aside, then chopped tomatoes into 4.

When cooked, adjust the fish sauce with salt and pepper. Cook the pasta in salted water ... scola, amalgam and eats!
