Recipes For New Year's Eve: Cookie Dough

Recipes For New Year's Eve: Cookie Dough

This is the simplest recipe for making a light biscuit dough and perfect for any sweet preparation.

My cookie dough is dark because it's chocolatey, but do not hide that in my opinion this cookie dough is excellent both with and without cocoa, so you choose!

But let's move to the strong side, how many calories does the classic just a traditional cookie Christmas tree trunk or a swivel with marmalade? Ben 370 calories per serving.

And you know how many calories you save with my cookie dough light? Ben 223 calories apiece, why is my cookie dough has only 147 calories per serving! And then if you choose to do it without adding cocoa goes down again ... 126 calories per person.

To understand ... a piece of biscuit dough is two slices of roll, so here it is not half-slice apiece, but two beautiful slices of cookie dough!

And don't worry if you don't see even a pinch of flour because the flour biscuit dough creates dry and too harsh, while without flour biscuit dough soft get that melts in your mouth! It was a discovery casual as they say because in preparing the biscuit dough I completely forgot to put the flour, but once cooked, I discovered that it was my good fortune: a soft cookie dough like never before and many less calories!

What you need for 1 roll of cookie dough for 7 people ...
5 eggs
125 g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla
3 tablespoons cocoa

How to do ...
To prepare the cookie dough roll first and foremost you have to mount the eggs with sugar, vanilla.

When the mixture is nice blended add cocoa and flour I recommend nothing, so lets work the mixture for 4-5 minutes.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then stretch the dough with chocolate levelling it well with a spatula, then put it in the oven at 170° for 15 minutes.Once cooked, flip the roll on a lightly moistened cloth and leave it to cool, but do not remove the parchment paper, which will remain on the roll if you want to prepare a fantastic Christmas light roll or a stub Christmas with fewer calories.

When the chocolate cookie dough is cold, remove the parchment paper, then use it for your sweet recipes.
